Empower Health has been changing the way Canadians access healthcare since 2011. Creators of iamsick.ca, a series of websites and mobile apps that show nearby healthcare options when and where they are needed; including family doctors accepting patients, holiday hours for healthcare services across regions, and more. The iamsick.ca healthcare visit management platform includes a virtual waiting room with live wait-times for walk-in clinics, as well as EMR-integrated online/mobile appointment booking that improves the patient experience while also saving clinics money through efficiencies and reduced no shows. The iamsick.ca API powers partner apps, which include major brands, and offers a national data management/analytics framework that will remove barriers that currently exist in healthcare system across the globe – from language barriers to long wait-times.
