The Alumni Association is a community for anyone graduated from Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic). The association provides services and resources that strengthen alumni's ties to AUT and each other-across every stage of life and around the globe. With joining Alumni Association, members can benefit from many services like finding jobs, hiring employees, using discount on general services offered by association partners Some alumni volunteers work directly with the Association and many more support AUT through donations. Through past years, they helped AUT with building dormetories, renewing facilities and many more. The Alumni Association is governed by a 11-member Board of Directors. The board itself is chosen by the 51-member Alumni Association Selection Committee, which is elected by alumni in different departments. Once in two year, alumni help determine the future of both the Alumni Association and the MIT Corporation by electing members of the Alumni Association Selection Committee.
