The OECS is an International organisation based in the Caribbean dedicated to economic harmonization and regional integration among our 11 independent and non-independent Member States comprising: Antigua and Barbuda, the Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada, St. Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, St Vincent and The Grenadines, Montserrat, the British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, Martinique and Guadeloupe.
