Established in 2019 to provide a solution to our clients who are too busy managing their buildings and assets to worry about the cleaning and lengthy tender processes. Construction Clean work with Project Managers and their Architects throughout the build, providing advice on how to clean everything from different fabrics and fittings through to the most efficient window cleaning methods. We then provide professional people to carry out your builders cleans who stay with you to become your daily cleaning team, providing an informed flexible solution as your building tenants begin to move in. With over 30 years experience in facilities management we provide flexible solutions to suit you and welcome the opportunity to get involved early on in the project, working with your Architects and Designers to ensure your building is the best it can be and the fabrics and finishes are maintained.
