The mission of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations and Juvenile Branch is to provide fair and equitable resolution to matters and disputes arising under the law and will interpret and apply the law consistently, impartially and independently to protect the rights and liberties of matters involving families and children. Vision Statement: The Court will provide the highest quality of justice and ensure the public has equal and efficient access to services. The Court will use appropriate dispute resolution and mediation services to manage and resolve cases in a timely manner. The Court will provide a safe environment for the public and will strive to implement innovative programs that use modern technology.
