Kumar Builders is a realty firm dealing in architecture, design, development, construction and marketing of residential/commercial complexes. Kumar Builders have offices in Pune, Mumbai and Bangalore. Kumar Builders is now known as KUL (Kumar Urban Development Limited). Kumar Builders'​ projects include Residential projects, Integrated Township projects, Redevelopment projects, Slum rehabilitation, SEZ project and Commercial projects. Currently Kumar Builders is managed by Mr. Lalitkumar Jain, Chairman and Manging Director, Kumar Urban Development Limited and President of Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations (CREDAI). The company was incorporated in 1993 and accordingly restructured the entities of the group in 2006. KUL holds the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certificates for Quality, Environment, Health and Safety management system standards with the scope of Design, Development, Construction and Marketing of Residential and Commercial Complexes.
