SCAPE ARCHITECTURE

SCAPE Architecture has been founded in 2004 by Ludovica Di Falco, with the idea of building for the future by drawing lessons from the past: a selective view on history with the goal of adapting it to present and future contexts. Those are the founding ideas of the office since its creation in 2004 by Ludovica Di Falco, graduated in Italy at Facoltà di Architettura di Roma Tre. The deep relation with historical, architectural and urban, social and cultural environment is what defines some of SCAPE Architecture recent projects: the office building ENJOY, completed in 2018, one of the first positive energy building in Paris; the MEIS – National Judaism and Shoah Museum built on the premises of the former Piangipane prison in Ferrara; the Railway Singnaling Center in Pantin, where a technical building becomes a landmark and an ideal workplace for the operators. SCAPE Architecture has been awarded with several prizes, starting with the Nouveaux Albums des Jeunes Architectes in 2008. The office is currently working on large-scale projects, museums and cultural buildings, technical and office buildings, logistic buildings, infrastructure and housing projects.
