We are a not-for-profit organisation, our aim is to help break the cycle of neglect and abuse by empowering children, families and our own staff. We are a family led professional company who genuinely care about our positive impact on the lives of those most vulnerable in society ! Reddo was founded 13 years ago with a vision of creating a better quality workforce within social care settings. Reddo has innovated and adapted to an ever changing work environment. We work collaboratively with local authorities, schools, police and charities to increase the quality of people's lives. Reddo help people overcome obstacles in their lives. We work collaboratively with professionals to enhance the lives of those most vulnerable. We want communities where people are able to accomplish and thrive regardless of their circumstances. We help children gain a strong sense of self and aim to help them be free of anxiety, anger and peer pressure so they can flourish and have a positive impact on their surrounding.
