2G Energy Ltd is the UK subsidiary of the 2G Energy AG group based in Runcorn, Cheshire. Established in 2011, we have grown quickly and to date have supplied and installed several hundreds of CHP plants for both biogas and natural gas applications. CHP units operating at 100% hydrogen with zero-carbon emissions is considered as the next step into a cleaner environment. 2G is the world's first company who has CHP units available operating at 100% hydrogen. 2G Energy AG is an internationally leading manufacturer of combined and heat and power plants (CHP) for the decentralised provision of power and heat on the basis of gas motors driven by natural gas, biomethane, biogas, sewage gas, landfill gas or hydrogen. The portfolio includes plants with an electrical output of 20 to 4,000 kW. The customer base ranges from farming to municipalities, the housing industry, commercial enterprises, medium-sized industry and large industry to the energy sector. In addition to its headquarters in Heek, in the Münsterland region of Germany, with development and production, 2G also has another production site in the USA. 2G is also represented in several European countries through its own subsidiaries. Since it was founded in 1995, 2G has commissioned more than 8000 plants worldwide. All our Service Engineers are fully trained and have fully equipped service vehicles, carrying parts and consumables. Where necessary, we can obtain parts from the extensive parts department at the 2G German headquarters and shipped with high priority.
