Intentional Health

Intentional Health inspires healthy communities in partnership with local church volunteers. We provide training and a toolkit that transforms lifestyle health and reduces health poverty. Our 10 session programme enables a peer supported community to champion and promote improved head and wellbeing in a fun, fresh and inclusive environment. This programme provides insights into wellbeing, healthy eating, exercise and managing stress and emotional health, all helping to improve and maintain healthy lifestyles so people live life well. Intentional Health is a great way of serving churches to connect and support local communities who want to inspire healthier, happier and more hope-filled lives, and provide an option for social prescribing to prevent and reduce lifestyle related diseases.
