The Arbitration Chambers is a firm of full-time professional arbitrators and mediators, independent of affiliation to any law firm or business. Our residents are neutrals who elect not to represent or to give advice to parties, and are committed to the professions of arbitration and mediation as independents. Frequently appointed in high stakes cases and widely sought after as speakers at conferences, our residents are well-known names in international dispute resolution as well as regular mentions in Who's Who Legal lists and Chambers and Partners rankings. Residents at The Arbitration Chambers are well-published in journals of international arbitration, including the Journal of International Arbitration, Asian International Arbitration Journal and Asia Business Law Review. Our residents are also authors and contributors of books such as Halsbury's Laws of Singapore Volume 1(2) – Arbitration (Lexis-Nexis) and chapters to books such as Dispute Resolution in Asia (Kluwer) among others. Further, many are professors and lecturers of international commercial arbitration at various universities, including the National University of Singapore, Seoul National University, Bond University, Wuhan University, ESSEC Business School and Toulouse University.
