Metro Safety and Security is an acclaimed firm of security/law enforcement specialists with a reputation for both effective security solutions and the innovative use of technology in the improvement of the clients' quality of life and the protection of property and other assets. We have real "on the streets" experience as Metro's Owners and Staff are current and retired Police and Military Officers. The knowledge and experience of our management team is passed on to our new employees. In addition to the state mandated courses, Metro personnel must attend 40-hours of training. Classroom training includes Code of Conduct, Legal Aspects, Laws of Arrest, Use of Force, Search & Seizure, Civil Liability, Report Writing, Oral Communication, Response to Disaster, Radio Use, Physical Security, Patrol Operations and Belief vs. Proof. Specialty classes are available for mace, handcuffing, baton, taser, and firearms. Metro Safety and Security will team with clients and act as both consultant and colleague to bring deliverable results and goal attainment. We are anxious to start working with you!
