What kind of future do you want? In this fast-changing world, human flourishing is at stake. As an Osteopath M.Sc. D.O. and Body-centred Stress Coach, I'm concerned about this. I'm concerned that too little attention is given to the most important resource of all 'people'. To create G.R.E.A.T. futures, we at 'Futurize Yourself et al.' flip the script and offer stress management and resilience training through a health and wellbeing approach that explores the future first.
