New World Park, Jalan Burma, Georgetown, Penang A retail complex in Penang with a variety of F&B outlets. It has about 62,818 sf of lettable area. The Whiteaways Arcade, Lebuh Pantai, Georgetown, Penang A heritage building which was restored in 2011. The building has about 30,433 sf of lettable area and houses retail and F&B outlets; it is also a venue for art and cultural exhibitions and mini concerts.
