The RULG - Ukrainian Legal Group, P.A. (Washington, D.C.), and its affiliate, the Ukrainian Legal Group, L.L.C. (Kiev, Ukraine), provides comprehensive legal support to large and medium international corporate clients contemplating or engaged in business and investment activity in Ukraine, Russia, and other CIS countries. We also frequently serve as local counsel to international law firms and maintain close professional contacts with local law firms throughout the CIS. Our firm was founded in Kiev, Ukraine during the first year of Ukraine's independence. In 1995, we set up our Washington office, making the RULG - Ukrainian Legal Group the first and, to date, the only Ukrainian law firm with an office in the United States. The two offices work together to meet the challenges and ensure the success of our clients' ventures in the rapidly developing CIS markets. We are able to deliver effective, timely, and practical legal services because of our attorneys' skills and experience, gained in helping to shape legal developments in their respective countries.
