Trimurti Yoga was founded in 2009 in the small town of Dharamsala India. Today we operate our yoga school in Goa, India and Bali, Indonesia. We have presence in Germany, New Zealand and Ecuador besides India where we have our franchise locations. India and Bali operations are run by the owners themselves. Over the past several years we have trained over 5000 students and are rated as one the best yoga teacher training schools in India. Our most popular course is the 200 hour multi style yoga teacher training which includes all the three styles namely astanga, Hatha and vinyasa flow yoga. Besides we offer the 300 hour YTT which is includes Yin, Vinyasa & Meditation. We also offer various short courses under the YACEP (yoga alliance continued education program) like the prenatal, aerial, yoga nidra & meditation yoga courses in Goa, India. We at Trimurti Yoga call ourselves a yoga lobaratory & a modern traditional yoga school. We bring the best of both the worlds together east and west from the perspective of yoga. Western understanding of the body from anatomy perspective and the spiritual understanding of yoga, making yoga much larger than just the physical practice. We provide you with a safe and trusted environment where you can open up to your vulnerabilities and grow from them.
