MGZ Design & Construction is a residential design-build general contractor serving eastern and central Massachusetts. The company is a state registered Home Improvement Contractor and our foremen are state licensed Construction Supervisors. We maintain high limits of liability and Workmen's Compensation insurance for all our projects. We provide a complete and integrated group of services starting with initial consultation, schematic and final design, construction drawings, and continuing through all phases of construction. The company will also perform the design or construction phases of a project independently of one another. We maintain close working relationships with civil and structural engineers who consult on many of our projects. MGZ has a crew of skilled carpenters who work directly for us, allowing us to maintain quality control over all our projects. We also maintain longstanding relationships with trusted subcontractors such as masons, electricians, plumbers, and tile installers, who work as an experienced team to produce our projects on time and within budget. In addition, we can offer our clients a wide variety of custom designed cabinets and other casework which we fabricate in our own fully equipped cabinet shop.
