Fernando L. Sumaza & Company is the general partner and management agent for 21 affordable housing projects in Puerto Rico, 16 of them under the Low Income Tax Credits Program. We conduct all kinds of transactions in real estate, including project development as well as property management. The corporation is organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and is also registered in the states of New York, Florida and Massachusetts. Our MISSION is to provide a decent, sanitary, and safe community to low income families or individuals, exceeding regulatory and operational industry standards, within a framework of honesty and efficiency. Our VISION is to become the leader and industry benchmark in the development and administration of subsidized rent communities in Puerto Rico.
