All the programs presented in Shanghai are authorized by the National Association of Realtors in U.S.A and all the hard copies of the original course books are Introduced from NAR and kept unchanged. In China, the course books are translated by the professional teams from SISU (ShanghaiForeignStudiesUniversity) and University of International Business and Economics. Each course in each program is presented in the same way as that in the U.S.A. and each certificate is issued by the related council in the NAR.
