Headhunt search is not typical recruitment and we do not advertise positions or use job boards. Here at HBC we complete a full analysis of your specific role requirements and individual profile. We identify organisations where suitable individuals can be identified. We then compile a target list to discuss with you before commencement of the project. We use a team of researchers to identify the target market and the key individuals, we then complete a thorough background search without revealing us or you to the persons concerned. Once our researched target list is approved by you and narrowed down to the primary individuals the Head-hunter will conduct telephone or skype screening interview with a view to identify the best candidates who are then invited to meet face to face. These are then interviewed to your specific requirements and at this interview you the client are only revealed once they meet the criteria so complete anonymity is guaranteed at all times. This process is time driven and can take from 4 to 12 weeks depending on location and resources.
