DONGFENG PEUGEOT CITROEN AUTOMOBILE COMPANY LTD. (referred to as "DPCA") is a large-sized joint venture sedan manufacturer founded by DONGFENG MOTOR CORPORATION headquartered in China and PSA Peugeot Citroen Group in France on May 18, 1992. DPCA is headquartered in Wuhan and has established Wuhan No. 1 Plant and No.2 Plant and XIANGFAN Plant engaged in processes of stamping, welding, painting, assembling, engine, Car Bridge and transmission case. Now DPCA is capable of manufacturing 450,000 sedans each year. DPCA has been implementing a pattern of managing both brands of DONGFENG Citroen and DONGFENG Peugeot under one company. The Commerce Division of DONGFENG Peugeot is headquartered in Beijing while Commerce Division of DONGFENG Citroen is headquartered in Shanghai. Now DPCA has DONGFENG Citroen C5, C-triumph, C-QUATRE (2/3-COMPARTMENT), Sara-Picasso, New Elysee (2/3-COMPARTMENT) and C2, as well as DONGFENG Peugeot 408, 307 (2/3-COMPARTMENT) and 207 (2/3-COMPARTMENT), which product line covering market segments of economy sedan, medium and high grade sedan, and prestige sedan.
