Vitality Travel is a small travel agency based in Albir (Spain) that strives to offer a personalised service online (or with face to face contact if living in the local area) and looking for the best travel experiences to suit your needs. Aside from being a personal travel advisor for national and overseas travel, I also offer incoming services, for travel companies or other businesses on a small scale who require representation for their clients on the Costa Blanca offering a bilingual Spanish/English service. Services can include but not limited to (we are very flexible!) Helpline for clients on holiday, coordination, organisation and resourcing for events (together with local partners), organisation of private tours, help with customer service helplines, private and shuttle transfers from Alicante, translations Spanish to English for hotel websites, restaurant menus, email templates. Support services for local tour operators if needed in resort or at the airport if there are staffing issues (occasional). 30 years experience in the travel industry.
