Mkatu | Ndema Real Estate was founded in 2015 by Abonga Ndema and Khaya Mkatu. The company started early in 2009 as an idea in a college dorm room, at Walter Sisulu University, before it became a reality when the company was legally registered in 2015. Robert Neil Fleming later on joined the company in 2017 as the principal for the agency. The company is 100% black-owned and is one of very few in the Eastern Cape. We currently operate three offices, Mthatha; Rosebank and Koksatd. We offer property management services including sales and rentals of properties. The firm is relatively new but the Directors have a lot experience in the field and other related fields.
