The Private Capital team focuses on advising leading financial sponsors on cross-border transactions between Asia and the rest of the world, leveraging our extensive partnerships and platforms in all major hubs. And maintain relationships with a broad range of private and institutional investors and executes equity and debt private placement transactions for corporate clients, including private investments, growth capital, project equity, mezzanine debt, and private debt. Team members work together to facilitate client needs and are responsible for the origination, structuring and syndication of the transaction. The Chinese Services group provides support for companies engaged in or interested in engaging in cross-border investments and business between China and the rest of the world. We help our client companies that are contemplating market entry, considering an M&A transaction, or seeking to optimize existing operations to implement appropriate strategies and navigate associated risks. As an international network of bilingual professionals working closely with our expansive lateral partnerships with legal, accounting and other professional services in China and worldwide, we deliver seamless service to global clients.
