Change Your Seller Order ID

When you confirm shipments, you can include your seller order ID. You might want to do this if you use a different ID in your business processes. For example, you might have an automated invoicing system that tracks your orders using your own order ID.

To edit your seller order ID, follow these steps:

1. Click the Orders tab, and then click Manage Orders.

2. Click the Order ID link in the Order Details column.

3. On the Order Details page, click Edit (located next to Your Seller Order ID and below Amazon's Order ID).

4. Enter your seller order ID.

   Note: Your order ID can be up to 50 alphanumeric characters.

5. Click Save.

You can also edit multiple seller order IDs in the following ways:

• Include the seller order IDs when sending an Order Acknowledgment Feed.

• Include the seller order IDs when sending an Order Fulfillment Feed.

卖家无法直接修改订单状态,必须根据物流进度自然更新。一般情况下,需要几天确认收货后订单状态才会从“未完成”改为“已完成”。

买家在2小时内可以申请取消订单,之后如果货未发现则可以通过亚马逊客服申请取消,将获得全额退款。一旦开始物流处理,订单就不得取消。

退款操作需在亚马逊商城后台进行,选择对应的订单 then 选择“发起退款”并指定原因及退款金额。亚马逊将在3-5个工作日内完成付款到买家帐号。
