当您准备好向亚马逊运送库存时,首先要创建一个入库计划。入库计划应指定:

  • 要运往亚马逊的商品

  • 每种商品的数量

  • 配送方式和承运人详情

  • 是自行对库存进行预处理和贴标,还是由亚马逊完成


创建入库计划

在本页面,我们将帮助您完成创建入库计划的先决步骤 - 选择要发送至亚马逊的商品。

完成货件并将其运送到亚马逊后,您可以使用货件处理进度来追踪您的货件在配送网络中的进展情况。


选择商品

  1. 在管理库存页面上,选择您要运送的每种商品。然后从【对选定商品执行操作】下拉菜单中选择【发/补货】。

  2. 在【发/补货】页面上,选择下列其中一项:

    • 【创建新的入库计划】,以创建新的入库计划。

    • 【添加至现有入库计划】,以将商品添加到已开启的入库计划中。从【添加至入库计划】下拉列表中选择一个已开启的计划。

  3. 确认发货地址。发货地址是指提取您的货件的位置,可以是您的家庭地址或公司地址。如果您与供应商合作,则可能是其库房地址。要更改发货地址,请点击【从其他地址发货】。

  4. 确认您要运往亚马逊的商品的包装类型。【混装商品】是指数量和状况不一的单独商品。【原厂包装发货商品】是指由制造商包装的多个同款商品,每个箱子都包含数量和状况相同的商品。

    注意: 包含多个部件的 ASIN 商品必须装在一个包裹内进行配送。

  1. 点击【继续处理入库计划】。

Send/replenish inventory to Amazon

Note: You may experience longer than usual shipment delivery time due to higher volume of shipments. We are unable to manually expedite the process and Selling Partner Support does not have further guidance.

When you're ready to send inventory to Amazon, you begin by creating a shipping plan. A shipping plan specifies:

  • The products you want to send to Amazon

  • The quantity of each product

  • The shipping method and carrier details

  • Whether or not you want to prep and label your inventory yourself or have Amazon do it


Create your shipping plan

On this page, we'll help you with the prerequisite step to creating your shipment plan - selecting the products to send to Amazon.

As an alternative, you can provide a spreadsheet with the details of your shipping plan. For more information, see Create a shipping plan in bulk.

After you have completed your shipment and sent it to Amazon, use the Shipping Queue to track your shipment as it progresses through the fulfillment network.


Select products

  1. On the Manage Inventory page, select each product that you want to ship. Then select Send/Replenish Inventory from the Action on Selected drop-down menu.

  2. On the Send/Replenish Inventory page, select one of the following:

    • Create a new shipping plan to create a new shipping plan.

    • Add to an Existing Shipping plan to add products to an open shipping plan. Select an open plan from the Add to shipping plan drop-down list.

  3. Confirm your ship-from address. Your ship-from address is the location where your shipment will be picked up. It may be your home or business. If you work with suppliers, it may be from their warehouse. To change the ship-from address, click Ship from another address.

  4. Confirm the packing type of the products you are shipping to Amazon. Individual products are single products of varying quantities and conditions. Case-packed products are multiples of the same product packaged by the manufacturer, each case containing the same quantity in the same condition.

    Note: An ASIN with multiple parts must be shipped in a single package.

  1. Click Continue to shipping plan.


After selecting the products that you want to send, you are ready to set the quantity for each product.
