IMPORTANT:

Please note that following up on an announcement sent in January 2021, we will be permanently closing the FBW-EU-TLL warehouse on July 1, 2021 UTC. All outbound operations from FBW-EU-TLL will be stopped and any existing inventory being stored at FBW-EU-TLL will no longer be available for sale starting July 1, 2021 UTC.

Note that inventory stored at the FBW-EU-TLL warehouse will still be available for sale (unless disabled by the merchant) between now and July 1, 2021 UTC. However, FBW-EU-TLL warehouse is no longer accepting new inventory shipped to the warehouse, as we previously disabled the option to create shipping plans to FBW-EU-TLL on January 22, 2021 UTC (as announced in January 2021 as well). 

We strongly encourage merchants with inventory currently stored at FBW-EU-TLL to take the following actions at your earliest convenience:

• Transfer inventory currently stored at FBW-EU-TLL before July 1, 2021 UTC (subject to relevant processing fees; see here for details). You may transfer inventory to the FBW-EU-AMS warehouse if you wish to continue storing inventory shipping to select European destination countries at an FBW-EU warehouse. Merchants must be registered for Netherlands VAT to store inventory at FBW-EU-AMS (see this FAQ for more information).

  Alternatively, you may specify an EU location of your choosing to transfer inventory to.

• Dispose of inventory currently stored at FBW-EU-TLL before July 1, 2021 UTC (subject to relevant processing fees; see here for details).

Merchants who have not completed transferring or disposing of inventory stored at FBW-EU-TLL will be subject to storage fees starting July 31, 2021 UTC. Please see this FAQ for a cost breakdown and process walkthrough of transferring or disposing of inventory.
