Performance - Strategically, a heavy focus is placed on increasing Right Party Contact (RPC) rates as this directly correlates to recoveries. Fredrickson has invested heavily in developing new technologies and methodologies to raise these rates to unmatched levels. Innovation - Fredrickson invests heavily in Research & Development and has many industry firsts including first UK DCA to offer a fully interactive customers portal - www.fredpay.com and the introduction of 'Customer Voice'​ to gain and analyse customer feedback. Data & Analytics - Since the acquisition of Fredrickson in May 2013, the company has benefited from additional data & analytical enhancements.
