Our leadership founded Lateral Recruitment in August 2017, providing intelligent recruitment for organisations across Australia, focussing on the digital and technology markets, with a passion for Data, Insights and AI, and other emerging technologies. We were founded on the principle that everyone's needs are changing, adapting to new ways of thinking and working. So why isn't recruitment?
