Our leadership founded Lateral Recruitment in August 2017, providing intelligent recruitment for organisations across Australia, focussing on the digital and technology markets, with a passion for Data, Insights and AI, and other emerging technologies. We were founded on the principle that everyone's needs are changing, adapting to new ways of thinking and working. So why isn't recruitment? Gone are the days of being chained to your desk 9/10 hours a day, excessive KPI's and targets, suit and tie etc. Technology allows us to have flexible and remote working, giving us total freedom over our desk, and managing our clients and candidates as they require, on their level, not by conforming to some antiquated recruitment model or societal expectation.
