Lying between the cities of Portsmouth and Southampton on the south coast, Fareham, home to Fareham Borough Council, is a prosperous, safe and attractive place to live and work. We are a dynamic, progressive and forward-thinking council and put our customers, our residents, at the heart of everything we do. Our aim is to provide exceptional customer service and our employees are vital in helping us achieve this. Over the past few years we have looked at all of our systems and practices through the eyes of our customers. By listening to them, and understanding their needs, we have completely transformed the way we work. The end result is improved customer service and, importantly, higher levels of job satisfaction for our employees. We have delivered some major projects in recent years, some of which have been life-changing for our customers, and are proud of these achievements and the staff that have helped to deliver them.
