除非 Wish 与商户之间另有约定，否则商户必须接受以下收入分成体系，自 UTC 时间2021年7月19日晚7时起开始生效：

• 非北美路向的 Wish Express 订单（所有品类）的收入分成为 5%。

• 北美路向的 Wish Express 订单（所有品类）的收入分成为 10%。

• 日用品的非 Wish Express 订单（所有路向）的收入分成为 10%。

• 情趣用品的非 Wish Express 订单（所有路向）的收入分成为 25%。

• 欧盟内部（即收货地和发货地均在欧盟境内）的非 Wish Express 订单（包括除日用品和情趣用品之外的所有品类）的收入分成为 15%，前提是商户属于下列情况之一：

• 欧盟本土商户

• 在欧盟境内设有营业机构的非欧盟本土商户

• 欧盟路向的所有其他非 Wish Express 订单（包括除日用品和情趣用品之外的所有品类）的收入分成为 22%。

• 非欧盟路向的非 Wish Express 订单（包括除日用品和情趣用品之外的所有品类）的收入分成为 15%。

上述收入分成体系适用于 UTC 时间2021年7月19日晚7时或之后释放给商户的订单。

根据上文所述，订单的收入分成比例可依据以下因素计算：

• Wish Express 状态

• 订单的目的国/地区

• 订单的发货国/地区

• 商户所在地/合法营业机构所在地

• 相应产品的品类

示例：

• UTC 时间2021年7月24日，一个法国路向的 Wish Express 订单释放给商户 A。按照上述收入分成体系，此订单的收入分成比例为 5%。

Tiered Revenue Share Structure

Unless otherwise agreed upon between Wish and merchants, merchants are subject to the following tiered revenue share structure, effective July 19, 2021 7:00PM UTC:

• 5% revenue share on Wish Express orders (across all product categories) bound for non-North American destinations.

• 10% revenue share on Wish Express orders (across all product categories) bound for North American destinations.

• 10% revenue share on non-Wish Express orders (across all destinations) for Household Supplies products.

• 25% revenue share on non-Wish Express orders (across all destinations) for Sex Toys products.

• 15% revenue share on non-Wish Express orders (across all product categories except for Household Supplies or Sex Toys) shipped within the European Union (i.e., from and to the EU), ONLY if the merchant falls within one of the following groups: 

• EU domiciled

• Non-EU domiciled with an EU establishment

• 22% revenue share on all other non-Wish Express orders (across all product categories except for Household Supplies or Sex Toys) bound for EU destinations.

• 15% revenue share on non-Wish Express orders (across all product categories except for Household Supplies or Sex Toys) bound for non-EU destinations.

The above revenue share structure applies to orders released to merchants on or after July 19, 2021 7:00PM UTC.

As outlined above, an order's revenue share percentage may therefore be calculated based on the following criteria:

• Wish Express status

• Order destination

• Order origin

• Merchants' region of domicile or legal establishment

• Corresponding product's category

Examples:

• A France-bound Wish Express order is released to Merchant A on July 24, 2021 UTC. This order is subject to the above tiered revenue share model, and receives 5% revenue share.

• A U.S.-bound non-Wish Express order is released to Merchant B on August 1, 2021 UTC. This order's corresponding product category is Household Supplies. This order is subject to the above tiered revenue share model, and receives 10% revenue share.
